How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivered in 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) (6–12 business days in total). Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UK time) start processing the same business day. See our Shipping Policy.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their tags attached. You also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How do I find my size?
Our pieces use standard UK sizing: XS (UK 6), S (UK 8–10), M (UK 12), L (UK 14), XL (UK 16). Each product page includes fit advice, and our size guide shows EU and US conversions. Between sizes? contact us before ordering.
